We were checked out of our room without any communication. They had our cell number. There was a mistake by Booking.com. And our second night was not on my reservation. They took our stuff out of our room and kept in office till we returned. Bad experience for us!

It was OK and clean

The advertiser has a pool and a hot tub and the pool’s been closed for a long time and there’s no hot tub so it was kind of a waste of money to pay for something that they don’t have

Absolutely beautiful walk-in! Breakfast was phenomenal and the rooms were amazing!

Everything was perfect our first room didn't have a working TV but they immediately switched us to another room exactly of the same kind without a hassle and it was sweet of them to do no charge!

"False Advertising"

The location was in a good area away from a lot of traffic noise or airports. The hotel was quiet and not overly busy. The staff answered our questions and was responsive when calling from our room. When asking for

Booking.com did not disclose that the advertised hotel with an indoor pool had been under renovations for the past 4 months. The main reason I chose this hotel was because of the indoor pool. I thought Booking.com would be able to have the ability to update and notify that the pool was not available before people booked their stay. The other problems were how bad the cleanliness of the hotel was during our stay. We had black mold coming out of the faucets, there were large bugs in our room on the drapes, and there were body fluid stains on the sheets. The room was rated pretty good and with the indoor pool, I thought this would be a good choice. I would like Booking.com to refund our stay for the 2 nights for false advertising.

"Never staying there again"

Hot water wasn’t hot and there was no water pressure. Doors close very loudly and kept waking me up.
