Decently located

Dirty. Our room smelled like wet dog and animal urine, urine stains along the corners of bed, pet sit on the floor. Our sink would basically flood the countertop anytime you turned it on. Pool was not working which was the reason we booked. Vending machines were not working.

Pool closed, TV didn't work, no ice on our floor.

The breakfast was always amazing and the attendants were very friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff were helpful and went out of their way for us. The maids were beyond amazing. Always so pleasant and welcoming.

The cops circle the property scanning license plates and stalking people. It’s not the property’s fault but definitely makes it seem unsafe

Ease of access and location to other areas such as groceries, gas station etc…

TV. Needs upgrades, cable did not work and or have signal at all so could not use any other channel besides 3 which did not work. Could not sleep at all and would have liked to went to bed early for a long drive but could not. Pretty confident a hotel has quiet hours or is expected to for families. Had a huge group of kids/teenagers on both conjoining sides of our room playing videos games all night and constantly pounding and screaming. Walls are super thin or it seemed like it, could hear and have whole conversations through the wall. Told them once to please quiet down and was dismissed with disrespect. Very unfortunate that this is a thing

Location

First room was dirty. Sheets hadn’t been changed. Hair all over the bed comforter and sheets. Elevator smelled like cigarette smoke. Halls smelled like marijauna.

Staff wasn't helpful. Internet wasn't working. TV didn't work. Had to switch rooms.

Very nice room and very clean.

Ice and vending was out on my floor. Everything else was great
