Friendly and helpful staff and the cleanliness. Breakfast was awesome. However i just qas not happy of the check in time. We were suppose to checkin at 11am but upon arrival they told us that chckin is 2pm. We had to wait around Suva until its 2pm.

The front entry door viewing....its complicate. Need something convenient to people to coming in and out.

My room was clean and the service was excellent. Very friendly staff. My frequent stay in the hotel was acknowledged and I was upgraded to a much more expensive room without any extra cost.

Overall services was excellent with professional staffs. Room was comfortable and clean.Thank you for your kind support during my stay.

Excellent value for luxury accommodations, staff pleasant and attentive, excellent location All that I missed was a fitness center, which I understand is planned for the future. Will be back!

They just need to do some painting on the outside building and to dress up the reception (front desk ). It’s to bare.

In shower soap holders in wrong location, to dangerous hit me twice in my arm elbows whilst talking shower, health and safety risk Please relocate No towel railin bathroom Also bed no good for two people, bends in, not comfortable

It’s fine just a few issues with maintenance, ac noise and we had an issue with a cockroach and a room mix up. But staff tried their best and were very friendly and nice. I would re visit. Breakfast could do with a little more variety and the ac units are pretty old so next after renovating all the rooms the ac units should be updated as well. The new rooms are very comfy and have a larger bathroom and a full length mirror compared to the old so that was great when our real room was ready after two days. All in all the hotel was apologetic and we received a nice not and flowers. It was a pleasant stay despite a few mishaps which understandably sometimes occur whilst renovations are in order. Just to reiterate the staff were absolutely lovely!!

Exceptional team, everyone seem really eager to make stay as comfortable as possible. I arrived very early in the morning and they went out of their way to let me check in as a room was available

The recent remodel is modern. Wifi worked great. Very nice linens and towels. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast buffet is included with a nice selection. It is a great hotel for business people and seems to be sound proof If there were children I didn't hear them running down the halls. At first I was worried because my room was directly across from the elevators. I was never disturbed by any sound from it. Those kind of details make for a comfortable stay for guests. The staff was great, helpful and friendly. A few of them made an extra good impression upon my stay there. Mereoni in reception,and Suli the bellman. Temo and Ako wait help during the morning breakfast buffet and Petero the morning chef. All of the staff were wonderful, but these individuals are the type that go above and beyond to really make guests feel welcomed and provide outstanding service and are a credit to the hotel. I have stayed in other hotels in Suva, but this one will be my choice in the future.
