I last stopped in this hotel 43 years ago when it was called Courtesy Inn. The location is still very good but I think the rooms are now very much smaller. almost too small. The staff are very helpful and very customer-oriented

Amazing service, friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and clean rooms and amenities. Brilliant breakfast!

Sewer so strong in bathroom hard to use .. dirty rugs in hallway ..,open elevator door to have trash left by cleaning lady

It was great except flies in the cafeteria.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. The hotel was under construction for the duration of our visit, which we were not notified of before checking in. There were no meeting rooms or places to congregate beyond the restaurant space, there was incessant drilling throughout the day, and the elevators were shut off for hours on end, meaning we had to walk up 6 flights of stairs to our room. This hotel is not worth $100+ USD a night in its current state. I would not stay here again.

hotel foyer is under renovation due to be finished on the 5 th march. rooms are very modern and very quiet. hotel is in a good location.

Have stayed here many times and enjoyed. But this time had some issues regarding finding my way around etc because it’s under construction. But staff especially reception excellent!
