"Bedbugs"

Upon waking up on the morning of our third day we noticed a bedbug and looked under the sheets and there were swarms of bedbugs.Upon checkout I told the staff and she said they had waited 4 hours after treatment.She refused to give me district managers #.At home we both had to pay exterminator for each of our houses

We had a renovated room, however it had a smell of urine in chair or ac unit. Stains on desk chair. Place is run down.
