Quality Inn Schenectady - Albany

I liked that it had a heated pool and someone at the desk to check you in .

The breakfast wasn't as good as the Confort Inn. Wish there had been more hot offerings. The people in the room next to ours kept banging the wall where our headboards were for about 20 minutes. We couldn't get any sleep, so we called the front desk to complain. Shortly thereafter the banging stopped but we could also hear people talking in the next room too, so the walls need sound protection

All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Everything was great.

Room was comfy for a quick pick traveling through to Vermont.

Coffee was undrinkable.

The property needs a remodel old furniture in the rooms, newer tubs and shower but not finished . No plugs for the bath tub drain. The pool was pretty dirty at the bottom , but I would say it’s ok to stay but I would not recommend

Nice motel and friendly staff. It was hard to find in the dark/nighttime, as it is located in a residential neighborhood, not near a lot of other motels/restaurants.

Needs updating.

A little outdated but clean.

One night stay, just passing through. Hotel is an odd mix of new and old. Some tired carpet, broken woodwork, and new shower tub surrounds. Would not stay again.
