Quality Inn Schenectady - Albany

Very clean, very comfortable, good value, good hot breakfast, pool, kind and helpful staff

This did not bother us, but no elevator, which could be an issue for some ppl

Easy to get too. Rooms were worn out but beds were comfortable and bath was clean.

Staff was hard to understand and none of the check in equipment worked. Everything was manual. We were an aging group and all of our rooms were on the second floor and the elevator did not work. We were exhausted after a very long day and that was very disappointing. Didn't appreciate the additional charges of $100 per room (we had 3 rooms and are all over 70 years old) for incidentals in case, it is to be refunded in 2 days and we will be watching closely. I get the deposit but thought $100 was a little over the top. We didn't even check in until after 11:30 p.m. and out at 8:00 in the morning.

I did not like that there was no elevator, the pool was dirty the room I booked was not what I reserved going to the second floor on the side was wet, icy and slippery when climbing upstairs also did not like that the deposit was $150 I stayed in a lot of hotel in Schentady never I paid that much also the room was old furniture falling apart and the coffee machine had weird smell coming from it and the bed was hard. very disappointed.....

They never get me back the 100 dollar deposit
