Conveniently located. Clean and comfortable. A good variety of breakfast options.

The plumbing needed maintenance - the toilet ran (with no easy fix) and the shower was unusable. Granted some NY state water is very hard on plumbing! The heat was difficult to control. Also, “accessible” is a very loosely used term - too high beds and shelves, no counter space in the bathroom or near the sink, an inaccessible tub with an unusable shower?!

The only thing I don’t like is the fact that they only allow local residents to stay 3 nights a month because of that I’m looking for another place to have my staycations at now very disappointing
