Very friendly correspondence. The house was superbly clean. The beds were very comfortable.

Clean and well kept throughout

The kitchen was stocked with only very basic items.

Cobwebs hanging from every ceiling and walls, lots of spiders, cooking utensils in drawers still got food on them, inside kitchen cupboards very dirty, all windows in the property filthy, sofa ripped and covered up with a throw to disguise, damp walls in kitchen and living room , thick dust on lamps and surfaces food left in freezer and cupboards, medication left in bedside cabinet , property had a smell of mould , whole property needs and garden needs tlc, some of the units in the double glazing needs replaced.

Dampness.

Excellent accomodation for the area the guests were happy, the owners were happy to do an early check in and late check out for me and were very hospitable, everything was provided overall very happy.

I wouldnt change a thing however the lock box was slightly stiff it took a while to open and locate the keys and the driveway had a high curb but overall very very pleased.

The late check in option by retrieving the key via a key safe was useful for us. We stayed here as we were visiting a relative who lives nearby. The property is located in a reasonably quiet area away from any busy roads.

bad smell on entry, like a musty damp smell, went after a few days with heating on. would have been nice to have been aired before visit
