"Mouse Issues"

Had a suite booked and found a live mouse in the very dated room. Front desk moved me to a different room which was barely large enough to accommodate a bed. Returned from dinner to find a mouse in that room as well. We left and when to a different hotel. On a positive note, I did get a full refund from the Inn.

"Great view and cozy room but a few things could improve....."

I like the room view. It was clean cozy and comfortable.

Driveway was blocked with alot of snow. Got stuck there for 5 min. Snow piled up in front of room parking spots. Hard to get in and out. I had to shovel it myself. The maid banged on the door two different times when I clearly had a do not disturb sign put on the door.
