No automatic entry door. Spouse disabled, attendant sat watchingTV while we were trying to open doors with luggage cart. Did not offer to assist.

The hotel was FILTHY. The room was disgusting, dusty, dirty, food, crumbs, just gross. The chair was broken and we couldnt sit anywhere but the bed. Our air conditioner broke the first night so the next morning, we were moved to another room. The second room was also beyond dirty. After we moved into the second room I noticed a huge blood smear on the wall and the guy at the front desk tried to tell me it was paint although there was nothing painted red anywhere that I could see. On the last day, our power went out in our room and was never turned back on. The elevator was filthy, the carpet was gross, and the whole facility had a strange smell.

The side door didn’t work with my key and would have to walk all the way around to front to get back in.

Great place to stay. We have stayed here several times. Breakfast was less than what we have experienced before. Usually we had an option of fruit. We had green bananas and only 4 of those. They have changed the eggs. They were scrambled patties of some sort. It just wasn’t the same stay as we have had previously. The pillows were extremely lumpy and hard.

The front desk tried to overcharge my card even after we did a walkthrough

The location was perfect. We didn’t eat breakfast, but it smelled delicious. Although the facilities is a little bit outdated, it was very clean in our room and somewhat upgraded.

Questionable characters hanging around the entrance which makes a single person a little uncomfortable. The Internet kept going in and out had to have maintenance come and even after it didn’t work very long before crashing again and today’s modern time Internet is key. You must make sure that your Wi-Fi or satellite works properly for traveling guests, especially when working remote.
