Location and value

The evening staff person’s uncaring attitude. She actually said to me: ‘I get paid once a week so I don’t care’ , in response to my inquiry as to why she wanted me to write down on a paper attached to a clipboard my automobile information (for years motels/hotels have collected guest automobile information as part of their checking in process) but having a separate sign in sheet for this was my first encounter during my sixty plus years checking in a motel or hotel.

The place was very dirty. The tub in the room we were assigned was chipped, and stained. I requested a refund, and was given a total refund, however, the refund has not been credited back to my credit card.
