It was nice, in a convenient location

We were there for 3 days and no housekeeping whatsoever. They didn't make the beds or bring us towels. They didn't come to our room at all.

"I will never book Baymont in Fayetteville again."

I didn’t

I booked through booking.com and checked in before I arrived. I called to let them know I would be there around 11:15 pm the guy said it didn’t matter he wouldn’t be there. When I arrived the guy working said they were overbooked. He gave me a paper and said go to the Super 8 down the road. I didn’t want to stay at Super 8 but didn’t have a choice because I was almost 5 hours away from home. The guy at Baymont didn’t have a clue, he couldn’t tell me if my card would be charged from both places. After all that the guy from Super 8 was very helpful.

"They steal at this hotel."

Nothing

Someone entered my room and stole my money. It was the young man from the front desk, and no one helped me. The owners feigned ignorance, changed their story about everything, and ultimately deleted the security footage when the police arrived. Never stay at this hotel.

There was mold in the room and they haven’t canceled our reservation after we told them when we were at the hotel
