Absolutely do not book through Booking.com. Despite having already paid through Booking.com, the hotel charged me the same amount again at checkout. I ended up paying twice. I clearly explained this to the hotel staff upon departure, but they ignored me completely. This is outright fraud and unethical behavior. They are making money unfairly, and I intend to take legal action. Avoid this platform if you value your money.

Carl in reception was exceptional. Such a wonderful, friendly and helpful person. Hotel Location was very good and had a good breakfast.

I’m checking in the late staff couldn’t find the missing remote for the tv nor find a replacement. When needing to make an outside phone call the reception staff didn’t know how the phone worked or how to get an outside line..

This place is not safe. We had stayed here last year and it seemed fine. This time? Not so much. One evening , when we went to get our car from valet, we were told it would be a minute because someone had STOLEN another guest’s car… out of the valet cage. The staff were not helpful to the woman and said “ file a police report” , went back inside and left the woman out on the sidewalk by herself . That same night , around midnight, a group of approx 30+ men were gathered in the street outside and were shouting and fighting with each other for quite some time . Nobody cared. This place didn’t feel safe or comfortable. Also, the beds are beyond awful: the couch bed isn’t even worth putting children on . For almost $600 for 2 nights, we will not ever be back !

We absolutely LOVED the staff! They were kind, courteous, friendly, & very professional! I would definitely want to stay here on our next trip to Memphis!

Lovely room with a nice view of the river. The front desk assistant was very helpful and friendly. The attendant who parked our car also helped us with our luggage. We stayed one night. It was a very pleasant stay.
