Staff were friendly and very helpful. Decore was tried but functional. Hence, quite expensive for what we got.

Location was one a block out of the main tourist area, so we made sure we didn't walk after dark.

Credit card machine was not working.

Hotel was clean and excellent location

We had a really wonderful stay at this hotel. I love residence inns because i usually have a good experience. This place was no exception. The location is great. Beale St, Rendezvous, The Peabody, the riverfront are all within walking distance. Some of the places within a block or two. Location really couldn’t be better. We elected to take advantage of the valet service which i found to be very reasonably priced. The person who checked us in was awesome. She was very friendly and helpful, she offered some really good suggestions for things to do/see. The room was the biggest room I have ever had in a hotel in my life and I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels. I can assure you that I did not select the highest room class when I booked this either. The thing was literally a LOFT with the bed and bathroom above the kitchen/living room area. There were large windows that provided a view of the city and even the river! The shower was great as well. There was plenty of space for using your own soaps. The water pressure was also better than expected. The shower was easy to use and figure out the towels were big and soft. Everything was spotless. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great location. Close to anything. Staff very helpful getting us dinner reservations. They have a good breakfast selection. Highly recommend this hotel

Clean and comfortable. The windows are sealed, which I don't like, but I suppose it's too expensive to replace them. Good location for the sights, such as they are. Breakfast offerings were fine, cereal, waffles. We had a car but you could use public transport easily from there.
