Motel 6 Canoga Park, CA

Had to leave after 45 mins the air conditioner did not cool the room it was 100F in the room my daughter nearly passed out. We only got the room bc our house AC failed. We had to go back home because this hotel claims to have AC but it does not function. I work in construction!

El Gallo Giro across the street has AMAZING food. the rooms are decent, clean enough and the shower is fine. it’s a good cheap hotel for when you’re in a pinch but would not recommend for a vacation. the pool is dirty and the room interiors are just pretty run down. no roaches though so that’s definitely a positive compared to other cheap hotels in the area!!

Dirty/stained walls,damaged door and security latch/handle. Damaged A/C unit. Bad part of town. Stained and damaged sheets and bed. Pictures shown are deceiving of actual state of facility.

Poor customer service, they assigned us to a soiled room, bed was used and there were dirty towels throughout and open soap. Attendant argued us on it and said he just made the bed. Walked over and saw we were right. Rude response and unprofessional. Poor experience

It's a motel 6! What can you say? not the best kept, as soon as I walked into the hallway to our room there were trash and dirty towels strewn all over the walkway, found a critter crawling up the wall to greet us, maintenance isn't great the light switch fixture was broken in the bathroom (i tried calling the front desk to report this wasn't our doing but never could get hold of the proper authority....obviously...), previous visitor was probably in a hurry to use the toilet and had tried to kick the door open, and left a nasty front shoehorn into the dirty grey water stains on em... anyway If you're in a pinch this is great deal, but you stay where you can.

Stairwells had a smell of urine. Holes and burn marks on the blankets, uncomfortable pillows and beds.

It was perfect. For me, no hassle at all and that, my friends, is tops

I can’t tell you how much I love finding a cockroach on the bathroom floor (it later made its way to the shower curtain), BLOOD on not only the sheets but on the mattress (I’m not talking a few dots either), graffiti on the shower rod and mirror, holes in the wall where fixtures used to be, etc. I reserved a deluxe room with one queen bed, and if this is deluxe, I seriously don’t want to know what standard rooms are like—this was absolutely gross. Furthermore, they have half as many parking spaces as they do rooms, and good luck finding one.
