Motel 6 Canoga Park, CA

1. This is in a terrible part of the valley. 2. The parking lot was so tiny and there werent enough spots for rooms. 3. I checked in and was sent to a room in the back... as a single female the whole place did not feel safe. I pulled up next to my room just to bring my things in before having to repark further away. The metal front door had bangs and dings in it. I walk in... SMOKING ROOM. What? No. That's still a thing!? I went to the front only to find that there were no other rooms available. Nope. Not my problem, I asked for NONSMOKING. Demanded a refund and found another hotel. Still have not received ANY information about said refund and no money back in the bank. I can't

It was alright the outside looks better . But inside needs to be better

Basically they didn’t even have a lobby for you to check in you have to go to some window and speak to somebody that you can barely hear through the window very unprofessional

Some rooms still need updating. The main rooms building was a really nice surprise…considering what is was before. Update the rooms by the pool would be nice.

Toilet overflow and no maintenance available. Unable to use toilet. Was advised by staff that no assistace available and would need to wait until next day.

Hotel was ok for 1night, no hair drier, no coffee available in the morning

Remote control didn’t work had to get up and turn up the volume and turn off and change channel. Room had roaches. I killed 3 roaches. For the amount of money I paid for the room I was very disappointed and disgusted

Poorly maintained! Room smelled like cigarettes sheets had holes in them TV did not work the remote was broken

the bed is dirty and the room had a dirty smell

I have pictures of roaches in the fridge and bathrooms. I got moved to another room and same thing, roaches everywhere.
