Sono rimasta davvero soddisfatta di questo meraviglioso soggiorno. Staff cordiale e gentile, pulizia impeccabile, stanza spaziosa e molto piacevole.

"Soggiorno piacevole, con personale molto gentile ma alcuni dettagli migliorabili"

La struttura è di buon livello e si trova nella zona del Lingotto, ben servita da mezzi pubblici (metro e autobus nelle vicinanze). Tuttavia, non è in centro e quindi può risultare poco comoda per chi desidera muoversi facilmente tra le principali attrazioni della città. Il personale è stato molto gentile, disponibile e sempre cordiale.

L’aspetto che mi ha lasciata più perplessa riguarda i servizi in camera: mancava completamente il set di cortesia base, inclusi elementi semplici come un bicchiere per lo spazzolino. Solo al momento del check-out ho scoperto che questi articoli erano disponibili su richiesta. Ritengo che, per una struttura a quattro stelle, questo tipo di informazione debba essere comunicato chiaramente fin dall’arrivo.
