Un excellent hôtel avec un très bon rapport qualité prix. Il faut noter la gentillesse du personnel et spécialement la bonne humeur de Vincenzo, le serveur du restaurant ainsi que le professionnalisme de ses collègues.

colazione ottima staff gentilissimo

parcheggio piccolo e con continue discussioni con la sicurezza sul fatto che non si poteva parcheggiare a lato in posizione comunque regolare la prima notte ci hanno fatto suonare la sveglia alle 4:30 di notte, che non non avevamo richiesto !!

La habitación y el Hotel en general, está muy bien.

El desagüe de la ducha no funcionaba correctamente y el agua sobresalía inundando parcialmente el cuarto de baño. Por lo visto en otros comentarios, parece un problema habitual en algunas habitaciones. Todo y notificarlo en recepción, no se solucionó este inconveneinte.

"A wonderful experience"

I had a wonderful experience at this beautiful hotel. The staff were amazing from the regular staff members to the interns at reception. They were very friendly and always ready to provide assistance. The hotel is part of an old Fita factory complex that includes a shopping mall which is connected to the hotel. The rooms are large with high ceiling. The hotel is conveniently located with all amenities a traveler can need a stone throw away. I really enjoyed the complimentary snacks and bar fridge refills, it is a nice touch.
