Modern studio for 3 people in the Heart of the City Center

Bina eski ama oldukça inanılmaz ve güzel konumda ve istediğiniz her yere rahatlıkla gidebiliyorsunuz. Dairenin temizliği iyi idi ve yataklarda rahattı.

Öncelikle rezervasyon yapmadan önce online check in işlemi olduğunu bizlere belirtmesi gerekiyordu, Rezervasyon yaptıktan sonra size mesaj geliyor oraya istedikleri bilgileri ve evrakları yüklüyorsunuz. Daha sonrasın size talimatları gönderiyorlar bize evin şifresin geç belirtiler. Odada mutfak gereçleri eksik idi, banyo kapısı kapanmıyor ve inanılmaz derece gider kokusu odaya doluyor bu çok kötü bir durum. Çamaşır makinesi hiç bir zaman boş değildi ve koridor dahi her yere çamaşır serilmiş olması olduk kötü idi. Odanın kapısını kapatmak için kapattığımda kapının kolu elimde kaldı, müşterilere her yere talimat asıp ona ceza buna ceza yersiniz diye korkutmaktansa bana kalınsa bu sorunları çözümünün yolu bulunmalı.

Es war wirklich schrecklich. Nie wieder! Die Kommunikation war eine reinste Katastrophe. Entgegen unserer Absprache wurden wir aufgefordert später zu kommen. Jedes Mal hatte wir eine anderen Ansprechpartner. Die Küche war überhaupt nicht ausgestattet. Kochen Fehlanzeige. Das Bett war sehr ungemütlich. Ständig ist man während der Nacht in die Mitte gerutscht, wo gefühlt ein Loch war.

Great location just off bustling street. Nice apartment visually, good sound proof windows with tv and air con all working well.

Very bad drain/sewage/damp smell from bathroom. Bed was very soft and saggy, but comfy enough for the short stay.

Apartment is in the center of the city so close to everything and apartment cleanness was ok.

We requested early check in for which we had to pay 15 euros which was fine and had to communicate the same message more than 4times via message and email. Though we uploaded the documents via the link the host kept on asking sending the documents via email which was done and confirmed via email but still was asking to pay and upload again via booking message. The apartment has a double bed and a soda bed and not single bed. The sofa bed is not comfortable and when I asked the host why it’s written 1 single bed in booking profile while in actual it’s sofa bed she tried to ignore it and didn’t solve the issue. We needed an extra towel, toilet tissue and blanket cover which was requested via message and she provided two days later while we were leaving. Besides, there are night clubs in front of the building. Though our apartment was on the 3rd floor, the noise was still coming even after mid night. So overall not a good experience. For the same money there is other and better apartments in the neighbourhood. We couldn’t change cause they didn’t pay us but we reported to booking.com.
