Modern studio for 3 people in the Heart of the City Center

The location was great and that's it! Read everything and don't book this fake rating apartment!

It was a horrible experience. The blinds were broken so the second morning two people saw me naked while I was changing! I took a picture where you can see one of those men's foot as an evidence. There are a few people complaining about those blinds in the reviews and the owner never fixed them. No garbage can in the bathroom. Toilet paper holder was broken. One of those glass doors from the shower cabin wasn't good so it almost fell on me. The pilows were dirty. Yuck! My biggest problem was no hot water and no pressure! I contacted the owner and they told me that I should turn on boiler switch next to my bathroom door. Told them that I don't have something like that and the next morning I told them I'll leave my keys in the locker and asked them to send someone to fix the problem while I'm in Visoko. They told me it was fixed and that the boiler switch is in the lobby. This owner doesn't know where the boiler switch is! So I'm all wet and frozen 'cause it was raining hard in Visoko, came back to the apartment hoping to get nice shower and guess what - no pressure and also the boiler switch that was in the lobby wasn't turned. I pressed the switch, waited but again because there wasn't any pressure, I didn't have hot water. I told this to the owner and told them I'm really angry 'cause they had 12 hours to fix the problem. Also I'm not a fool, if someone was there the switch would be on and also I didn't notice any change on the lockerbox. Owner tried to fool and trick me and I told them I'll give them real review on booking because obviously the rating is fake. They send someone to use google translate and speak to me in Macedoian language, admiting that they really have a pressure problem in the apartment and also offering me an alternative to calm me down and not writing a bad review. I didn't accept the alternative and told them I can't be bought!

The hotel is in a very good location. The room had everything and was clean. The owner took great care of us. He sent me a message a few times during our stay to ask if there was anything I could help with and if you were happy, he was very interested. We thank you. I definitely recommend

The location was very central. Accommodated us with short notice.

There were no blinds for the windows, so it was very bright the whole time. The aircon didn't work and kept going up to 29°C so we had to leave the window open. The location is right above a bar/night club, so it was loud music all night. They charged an extra €15 to check in at 13:00 - which isn't really that much earlier. Shower had no hot water and the pressure was awful. Also, we kept getting texts from the owner at night asking us if we had locked other people out their room? Not very professional!

Location and communication with the guests is at the highest level.
