Location is perfect. The room was clean and well equipped. The host provided very detailed instructions on how to enter the room.

The shower head holder was loose so that it did not cradle the shower head.

"In the city center and clean"

Just 1 day stay. October. Very good location in the city center, Başçarşı. Easy self-check-in with clear instructions. Cleanness was ok. Cattle, refrigerator. Enough space for 3 people.

Check in is 16:00.

"nice place to stay"

The location of the hotel was very good. Our room was nice.

There was only a bad smell coming from the sink. If the bathroom door is left open, this smell spreads into the room. If you keep the door closed, that smell only stays in the bathroom.

Everything perfect, just as expected from this host . Stayed multiple times, in different apartments they host, and each time was really enjoyable.

Building entrance is under construction ..doesn't look nice to go through, but it has nothing to do with this apartment, or the host

Location and Facility within the Apartment was okay and clean.

The way up going to the Apartment it was so dark and they are not much responsive on my messages when we landed Sarajevo Airport highlighting to them that we dont have mobile data that time and we cant leave the Airport without their final check in instruction.

"Overall okay for a short stay but not a long stay due to the above issues"

The location was close to the old city. The accom does the trick if you’re on a budget. The owner is communicative over Booking.com.

A few issues which I’ve informed management about which affected the overall comfort of our stay. 1. Bed bugs! I got bitten a few times as did my friend I hope they resolve this soon as this was very annoying. 2. broken blinds - wakes you up early 3. Broken tissue roll holder - surprisingly very annoying. 4. Apartment is generally clean but still a bit dusty. 5. AC leaked a bit and not convinced it was working fully but it did the trick for our short stay 6. There are several bars on the street and are VERY noisy every night. the room feels sound proofed but you can still hear the music, making early nights difficult.
