I had a 5 AM flight so thought I would save a bit and not do my typical major hotel chain. I wasn't expecting much and wasn't disappointed. All I want is a safe, clean hotel - the shower worked well - no leaks and hot water, unlike the major chain I stayed at in Everett...Very conveniently located to the rental car return and SeaTac.

"Cost effective option near airport. "

It was the cheapest option near SeaTac, and I was traveling solo, I just needed a place to sleep and shower. I went in with low expectations. Friendly workers. Quick airport shuttle service. It served its purpose. 4 stars overall.

It's near the airport, and the shuttle is free. Plus, there's a Denny's next door. It's not the Ritz, but it is good value run by nice folks. If you're on a budget and you have a ling night layover, book it.

Badly need of an update. Old worn out tub/shower. Uncomfortable pillows/bed. However, no bugs were found in the room. Glad Denny's was next door, so we didn't have to stay in the any longer than necessary.
