Seatac Inn

This property was TERRIBLE. We had to call the front desk on many occasions to get someone to come to the room to turn on the A/C unit and to repair the TV. The lights in the main area didn't work and there was no apology or excuse for it. I was positive that their ad stated that they provide shuttle service to/from the air and seaports. They provided shuttle service from the airport BUT NOT to the seaport where our cruise was leaving from. We paid $70.00 from the airport to the seaport to board our cruise ship. I WOULLD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL MORE BY THE HOUR TYPE MOTEL TO ANYONE. BTW: THEY HAVE A SIGN IN THEIR LOBBY THAT STATES THAT "IF YOU HAVE AN UNEXPECTED GUEST - THEY ARE WILLING TO EVICT IT BUT OFFER NO REFUNDS" WOW

Pros: inexpensive, close to the airport, free shuttle pickup and delivery to the airport, comfortable beds and pillows. Cons: very old and outdated interiors. shuttle driver was not helpful in putting bags into the shuttle van or taking them out. There was a turd in the toilet. I can't understand why whoever cleaned the room it didn't see it and flush it. Perhaps they were the one that left it. No shampoo in the rooms, no coffee in the rooms, no water bottles in the room. Vending machine for water and drinks outside the rooms was broken. I was in a first floor room and could hear the people above me walking as the / ceiling creaked every time they took a step. You can also hear water flowing through the pipes and other rooms are taking a shower. All in all not a quiet place to sleep. I don't recommend staying here.

Near to restaurant. However, rooms need an update.

Staff was nice & helpful. The property is definitely in need of some upgrades, but overall not a bad place if you just need a place to sleep for a night. Dennys is literally next to the hotel, and the Link rail from SeaTac Airport is a 5 minute walk away. Very convenient

Unclean room, duct tape on furniture, bugs on countertops. Not exaggerating. You get what you pay for.

It was a grubby room but the towels and sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. I felt safe there too. The best part was the airport shuttle however it was a short walk to the light rail and airport.

Dirty, cheap, no shampoo - too much bad to mention.
