Everything the lazy river, pool, bath tub, food was excellent Atlantic Grill.

The refrigerator doesn’t work is the only complaint really

The resort has some positive features including the pools and pool staff. But our experience at this resort and with their “management” staff has been shocking. When we called the Conceirge to inquire about the party with loud music directly outside our room, Pablo answered and stated the party would end my 10pm. I asked for a manager to call me and he snarking replied that his manager would call after 9:45. We placed three calls in total and the last call was with the actual concierge who said he would have Chris call right back. No call back that night. No call by the manager the next day. We stopped by the Conceirge who called Chris and put him on the phone . Turns out Chris and Pablo are both assistant managers and Chris claims Pablo told him not to call. We’ve asked that their manager call since learning of their little scheme last night. To date… no call.

Very tired property room smelled awful (they did relocate us) Rooms not well cleaned and poorly maintained, the buildings were tired.

I wish I could offer a higher review because the people that work there are kind. However, after making two attempts to get a response from management, the bottom line is that the rooms are “dirty and dated”. Cleanliness is a controllable IMO and the room was dirty and dusty with crusty old pillows and a sunken bed. I think the property itself is pretty and family friendly but the effort to invest in and maintain the rooms is truly lacking!

Location is superb. Golf course is fantastic. Facilities need updating. Waterfront views from our room were amazing. Pool facilities great.

The resort was really nice. We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite. There are many pools, a lazy river, an adult pool and a water slide. The resort had lots of activities scheduled like bon fire with smores, glow in the dark miniature golf, corn hole.... lots of fun things to do. The resort is huge so our suite was a bit if a walk to the main building. They fo offer golf cart rides if you call up. Takes about 5 mins. There are a few restaurants on property which were very good. The room was really nice, very big. It had a full kitchen with cookware and dishes. We only stayed 2 nights so we ordered food in. Everyone that we interacted that worked there was so nice and accommodating.

There is not much to dislike. The bar at the pool stops serving food too early, like 5pm, when the pool is open until 8pm. The bed were a little hard. But literally that's it.

We love Hammock Beach and Golf Resort. We stay often. It’s perfect for all ages. My kids know their way around so it makes our stay much more relaxing. The staff is great, there is always something fun to do and it’s great for all ages!

Beautiful resort with a multitude of amenities. Beautiful views and friendly people. The atmosphere was friendly overall. There was also putt-putt golf on the property.

The staff was excellent! Especially at the golf course pro shop.

I didn’t get to stay long enough!

Odd experience overall. This is not a hotel, it's essentially Airbnb's run by the building. Each unit is decorated differently so you do not know what you're going to get. It's very expensive for what kind of feels like an old folks community. Everything has an extra cost to it. I definitely have been to nicer places for the money spent. The pool was nice and the view was pretty.
