Mercure Clear Mountain Lodge

Beds were comfortable, room had plenty of space for a short stay.

The room was smelly.

Surroundings were peaceful and quiet. Bar staff helpful

Limited room facilities. No bar fridge. No slippers. No house keeping after 5. No microwave. These I would have expected as basic. No reception after 5. Blown bulbs in car park area need to be replaced to avoid possible serious damage to guests waking in the dark.

Maintenance at this property is needed. Glad the new owners are intending to renovate

Der Service beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Ruhe am Morgen war traumhaft.

Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig. Käse gab es nur auf Anfrage. Die Früchte waren teilweise aus der Konserve. Am Pool gab es nur zwei Liegen unter einem Sonnenschirm für alle Gäste. Vier Balkonstühle wurden dazugestellt. Schade, wir hätten gerne am Pool verweilt aber in der prallen Sonne auf Stühlen war es zu ungemütlich.

Moldy bathroom, mildew smell in room, too bright to sleep, family room small, view room blocked by trees, shower took ages to heat up
