Mercure Clear Mountain Lodge

Great location, fantastic breakfast.

Not warned about numerous stairs.

Amazing view, friendly staff, nice pool. Great to have time away in nature.

Room a bit small, no table to drink or eat at, either inside or on the balcony.

dated, room had mould in bathroom, wifi just woked (only a issue as no phone or data in rooms) dinning needs more meal options. 1 steak and 1 weird chicken option not ok put a pasta and better dessert in also how hard have some stuff in rooms to eat or drink from mini bar, like all our other stays, also room service you have to go get yourself felt like a motel 6 on a highway with that not a retreat

The view was outstanding. The secluded location was everything promised. The staff were exceptional and the restaurant Mandy's was reasonably priced and with fabulous food.

The rooms are tired but a renovation is scheduled within weeks. I am sure the upgraded rooms will be 5 star
