Absolutely fabulous service

Spa and staff amazing comfortable rooms and beds

Breakfast was really good, staff were pleasant. Enjoyed the views from the dining area.

Bathroom was dirty, mould & bugs on the walls. Grounds were pretty but quite untidy and the pool was full of bugs, leaves and had this odd coating on the top of pool water. However since the location is in a mountain, I suppose that’s why. Options for food/dining apart from breakfast was really limited, especially for kids. Definitely looked more appealing in the photos.

Location close to wedding venue and view from room was nice.

I very rarely complain but it was a disappointing stay. We requested a portacot for our 3 month old baby and unfortunately, it was not set up on arrival. We arrived at about 6pm, ready to put bub to sleep. We rang reception to advice that we needed a portacot and they came about 1 hour later and just dropped the cot off at the door. Didn’t assist me or offer to put it together. My baby ended up sleeping in his pram bassinet all night. Just really disappointed in the service from staff for the price of the room per night. We also did not realise there were stairs to our room and it wasn’t until the next day (when it was light) that there was an alternative route for us to go with the pram however staff could have directed us to the most accessible path from check in. Staff was on a personal phone call when we arrived for check in so we seemed to have inconvenienced them. In the hotel room, the carpet had multiple stains, the shower did not drain properly and water was all over the bathroom floor after showering. Could also hear our neighbours coughing and the tv blaring next door.

Felt like a jail block going to my room. The room didn’t have the view I paid for.

I was late to a wedding ad I’d helped set up and they were short on people. This meant I arrived to the property after the wedding. Staff were rude to my friend calling for me to help me get in. No customer service in arrival - just rude and smears and blaming. until I asked for a phone charger. Then helpful.

Lights on the court at night didn’t work and couldn’t smoke on the balcony. Only one designated smokers area

Lovley setting in the mountains, staff was wonderful, our room was ready early, and we were steps from the pool, also the breakfast and dinner food in restaurant was excellent.

Our reservation stated CLEARLY 1 King bed and 1 Queen bed, but Superior Room has King Single and Queen instead. Broken glass on the balcony from previous guests.
