Fast service

No blanket on one bed- in a two bed room- there were only one set of towels in the bathroom. Halls were dirty. Parking lot was falling apart.

First strike was the air conditioner was not functioning properly. The air coming out was barely cool at all and the thermostat was as low as it would go. Next, the ice machine was “temporarily” out of service, but based on the worn sign, it seemed to have been inoperative for a long while. No cups at all in the room. YouTube was blocked by the wifi.

Toilet ran continuously, had to turn off the valve on the wall under the toilet to get it to stop. Told front desk, they assured they would fix it...never did. One of the beds smelled terrible, like mildew. Brought this up to the front desk, who assured me they would fix it even if they had to bring in a new mattress, or switch our room. They did neither. Do not recommend staying here although there are limited other options.

Room 113 had a broken window, tub shower combo would not run just shower, bed was terrible. The room was dry, but other than that the major maintenance had been deferred for quite some time.

The walls had several holes in them. Bathtub wall was covered in mold. Several lightbulbs were burned out. TV was propped up on one side with a book. No coffee maker in room. Refrigerator was on a light switch and turned off. WiFi did not work. Tom Bodette would be ashamed.

I had proof of bed bugs and the lady still said she saw none when I clearly have shown her videos. I denied being given another room because why would I stay someplace where i’ve already seen bed bugs?! When cross contamination is a high possibility. The owner didn’t even bother to look at my proof and instantly said “no possible refund”. He proceeded to say that because I had already used up the room they can’t refund and should’ve said something 30 minutes before staying in. I’m sorry I should’ve waited for the bed bugs to hi before knowing they were there. Which I understand but how is it that after having proof of the bed bugs it’s still not possible for a refund. There was mold and the room was very filthy especially the fridge. Towels look worn out and dirty.

Our first night at check in, the air conditioner didn't work in one of our rooms. We just opened the window since it was late. Then we found dead roaches in the 2 rooms. The toilet seat was broken in one room. We left to sight see the next morning and when we returned our rooms had been ransaked and cleaned out. We went to the front desk where we were told the maintenance man had gathered our belongings and put them in the hotel laundry room. We were given a different room and it took 3 different trips to the front desk to get all of our belongings back. The manager assured us they had spoken with the staff member and profusely apologized for the experience as they had just acquired the facility and was in the process of chnaging a lot of things.
