I really believe that a motel room should come with a blanket or bedspread.

Roaches in the bathroom as well as in the sleeping area and never anyone at the desk to assist us and tried charged me 20 extra dollars for anothr bed when we already booked 2 beds and was not offered room service or anything like that

If it had not been so cold, I would have slept in my car. It was filthy. Stains on the sheets, towels, lampshades, walls, curtains. Dried food in the microwave. Some sort of gel or lotion all over the sink. Curtains were torn off the curtain rod. There was a big dog barking early in the morning. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve slept in during g my entire adult life. The front desk clerk just shrugged his shoulders and said they are under new management.

I was in room 310 it had roaches!!

Wasnt the best place to stay at

This place was the dirtiest motel I’d ever been in. Like board of health violations dirty. We walked into the room, noticed a large dirt spot on bedspread, pillows had long hairs on them, towels in bathroom were dirty. The front of the heating unit was broken, revealing filthy ac coil and electrical wiring. We quickly decided not to stay. We returned to the front desk to let the clerk know why we were leaving. The sign on the desk directed us to call a phone number for assistance. We called and the guy was at Walmart!! No staff in the place at all!! I booked an unrefundable rate. I’d rather lose the money than stay at this place. I have photos and look forward to sharing them with the Kentucky Board of Tourism and State Inspector.

Not much wifi ok

The room was clean, comfortable. The location was excellent to the event I was attending. Wifi worked most of the time. There was a wait before anyone would come to the desk. There was an option to call someone, but I did not have phone service. Someone was also given my room key. They managed to open the door. This should never happen at a hotel. When I returned from my event, the key wouldn't even work. Overall, I was happy with condition of hotel & most especially reasonable cost. My car was safe outside and I had no issues with anyone.
