I love all the amenities that you can offer at a Holiday Inn Express and I know there's going to be a wonderful variety for breakfast in the morning. Theodore was a great communicator and professional yet easy going when we arrived to check in and gave us all the information we needed and said he would be there all night if something came up. Even when we had just checked out and thought we left something, the day desk person was very helpful making sure we could pop back in the room. Really love the new addition that I haven't seen since I stayed in a Holiday Inn blast of the dove products by the sink for soap and lotion and then in the shower for shampoo conditioner and body wash

Shower head pressure was very high and it was difficult to adjust the shower head but otherwise everything was great

Great location, Their coffee is great, lots of restaurants near. And it smells amazing inside hotel.

The pool wasn’t opened in October. And it was still hot outside. It’s Florida.
