Great hosts and super comfortable and clean place! They truly care about creating a nice stay for their guests.

Quiet at night. Nice friendly travellers to talk to. Friendly neighborhood. Owner ‘s mother very open. Enjoyed talking to her in German.

Location: a bit out of town, expensive restaurants, except for take-out food at the corner(second time was a ripoff). You have to take a share taxi if you’re downtown, unless you want to walk a long climbing stretch…hostel needs some renovations. A bit rundown…

Incredibly helpful host, great facilities and very convenient location to see the city. Very comfortable, very clean and very much perfect for a few days.

Very minor point but the bedroom doors do not block out any noise from other guests, so it can be a little louder than you may like at certain times but honestly the place is otherwise ideal!

Cozy place, amazing host who gives introduction of Valparaiso and speak many languages. Good location and the house itself has everything you might need. Recommended 100%.

Really nice place. Good, equipped kitchen, very clean. Nice sized room and comfortable bed. But what sets this place apart is the amazing friendly helpful staff. Elena and Andreas were so helpful, they provide so much information and help as much as you like, they really care that you have a good time.

The location is a little out of the main areas, however there are bars and restaurants on the street so it's not a bad thing at all. There is a shop and cafes and there is a great bus just a few minutes walk away. Also collectives stop right outside.

The hosts were extremely nice, helpful and gave lots of detailed tips about the city. I loved staying here! Highly recommend and would stay again.

Andrei and Elena were two of the kindest hosts we ever had - very welcoming and most attentive. Mi Paz was a great place to stay in Valparaiso and we felt very comfortable there. It is in a quiet neighborhood but everything is within reach. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would definitely come back!
