Null personale, ingen mulighet for mat drikke på hotellet. Info om dette ble formidlet først etter at hotellrommet var betalt. Ville nok valgt annet overnattingsted hadde vi visst dette før betaling.

Il check in e il check out erano tutti in digitale con un sistema che non è automatico per tutti e nell'hotel non c'era nessuno del personale a cui poter chiedere aiuto (per circa un mese non sarebbero stati presenti). L'hotel era molto bello e pulito però questo fatto ha un po' rovinato il nostro soggiorno. Peccato.
