"First time staying in SLO"

Will definitely stay at this property again when we make it back to SLO. Clean, nice rooms, loved the coffee and pastries in the morning! For us it was a great location of where we were heading! The caramels at check out were such a nice surprise, they were delicious!!

"I would give 3.5 stars. Can see why most people like it."

I would give this place 3.5 Stars. Some real hits/misses. 1st room was a double queen top floor with a fireplace. Rooms are evidently well insulated, so it doesn't really get cold enough to use the fireplace other than the morning. Pro's: 1) Good location. Right next to some restaurants although 1865 Craft House was not great. Walkable to campus. 2) Rooms were spacious and bathrooms were huge and nice. 3) Tons of hot water for showers. 4) Front desk staff were great. Cons: 1) Weird noises during the night. Humming for like 3 minutes and then would stop. Adjacent room heater? No idea. 2) Beds too soft for me. Memory foam topper? Most people seem to find them cozy. 3) Switched to another bottom level room. Hardwood floors above make some noise but not terrible. Neutral: 1) Pastries dropped off at door

"Outstanding hotel and experience."

Great stay. Love the small details such as morning coffee and local pastries, carmels when you leave, complimentary water. Just simply clean, fresh , attentive staff and a great stay. Great dinner at The Lure suggested by this hotel.

"The BEST hidden gem in SLO!"

This little cottage style hotel is a hidden gem! The rooms are wonderful - you feel like you are in a cottage in the woods! The creek running behind the hotel is so peaceful and beautiful. The BEST part of this cute hotel is the delicious coffee and pastries from local shops that are delivered to your room just when you need them! We will keep coming back!

"Everything Was Amazing!"

We loved this hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The coffee and breakfast delivered to the room were amazing and such a great touch. We would absolutely stay here again.
