Extended Stay America Suites - Los Angeles - Valencia

The value was there, and the location was great. The staff was really friendly. Parking was easy.

The floors were sticky with whatever cleaning agent was used, or whatever else was on the floor. In addition, the chairs were spotty and white. It felt a little gross. The elevator also moved a little after the door opened.

NOTHING, JUST LOCATION

Everything is out of whack, that place used to be top notch, its way to much what they charge a night instead of 122.00 which its not worth it at ALL, more like 70.00 should be a night the plumbing is bad my sink was clogged, there was no hygiene at ALL not even in stock at the front desk, the elevator is ready to break down, so not worth not even a 100.00. THAT PLACE IS GETTOH ASF NOW!!!!

The uncleanliness, the smell of the whole facility,and the cockroaches that were ALL OVER THE PLACE.

Ty the general manager was very professional and friendly, he made my friend and I feel comfortable from the moment we walked into the hotel. He ensure that our room was ready and offered us a nice experience. Sarah ensure that we had all that we needed and more! Thank you . In the morning we met lovely Amy Malone and she was able to change our check out to noon time. Friendly and also very professional. Great customer service and will definitely return again . Thank you !!!

Did not like the fact that I woke up to a small roach walking across my bed sheet, stepping on one on the way to the shower and then finding dead ones in the shower. Bathroom floor. The floor the the room and the shower. Finding used soap bar on the shower.
