Nothing is good about it.

No room cleaning service, dirty hallways. Smells like cigarettes everywhere. I had to change my room. In order to stay there.

The customer service was great!!

The hotel is pure filth!! Disgusting!! It smells bad #1, cockroaches running around all over the place. And to top it off, there aren't any standards for the guest. The neighbor to my room was up all night partying or whatever,but they were loud!!
