El baño de la habitación tercermundista, en el año 2026 observar un baño lleno de moho en el pie de ducha y que no trague agua es del lejano oeste,la comida no se puede ajustar más la calidad y la variedad porque ya sería demasiado pésima, fuimos hace 10 años y nada que ver con el presente, parking 15 euros noche 😳😳😳

Las habitaciones no tienen nada que ver con las fotos de la web, está todo muy muy antiguo. La cama muy incómoda, torcida y muy pequeña. Estuvimos en la planta 12 y había cucarachas.

No quedamos ad almorzar pagando un suplemento y en el buffe había solo perrito en el caliente un poco escaso

Perfect location - near the ocean, near the center of the city, near the big shop. Rooms are a little bit old, but clean and well-groomed. Atmosphere is fantastic! Everyone is very nice, smile for all the time. Entertainment team is incredible fantastic. Breakfast are the same, but there is huge choise of food. Dinner are varied, a lot of fish!

-the fact that on dinner you need to pay for dispenser/tap water if you don't have all inclusive -broken fridge, shower -all furniture and room needs updated including the A/C, lights(only small lamps), TV -no iron -no activities for kids (even if it's advertised on hotel website)

On arrival it looks very nice with a good reception. Our room was okay not quite 4 star but clean it just needs refreshed. The pool area is good with free towels lots of sunbeds but it was a quiet time. The drinks were as you would expect but maybe not 4 star quality but we were all inclusive. Some of the staff are great however that's where the good bit ends. The food - not 4 star, 3 star at best. There is plenty but some of the quality is questionable. It was never more than warm. Like others before us have said, it gets repeatative and we found only a few foods we liked but there's always chips and bread . The entertainment especially on an evening time is rubbish and there is only the lobby bar open. Day time entertainment ie Pilates & Aquafit would be fab if it did not include toddlers/children. The acts and singers are mainly locals with little or no talent and AI package ends at 11 pm and the area is closed by midnight. The A la Carte restaurant whilst the food is alot better its just an annexed room with no atmosphere not even back ground music. All in all its a 3 star at best would we come back To area yes, to the hotel no.

This is our 3rd visit to this hotel and to be honest it gets better everytime. We stayed AI. We had a bungalow room number 2005 which overlooked the pool, large terrace, plenty of room, good shower and lots of wardrobe space. Food was good, lots of choice, champagne breakfast, and omelette cooked to order were perfect. Drinks were good, soft drinks were from a self service machine. Water fountains at various places throughout the hotel which was great. Weather was hit and miss but it always is this side of Tenerife. Entertainment was fun every evening. Staff were exceptional, always willing to help with any queries. Hotel position was at the end overlooking the beach and a lovely walk into the town where there are lots of shops and bars, very authentic 👌 I would 100% recommend this hotel and we will be returning later in the year 😊

Bon emplacement, personnel agréable, piscine sympa, choix de la nourriture.

Repas à la chaîne, carafe d'eau non inclus sur la demi pension. Insonorisation de la chambre mauvaise, robinetterie de la douche qui fuit. Lit qui grince au moindre mouvement.
