H10 Las Palmeras

The hotel itself was pleasant enough, but our room seemed to have been given the “scenic view of noisy air-con units” upgrade, along with a soundtrack from the nearby bar whether we wanted it or not. Bathroom privacy was… optimistic at best, thanks to a frosted glass door that didn’t quite believe in closing properly. On half-board, we quickly learned that “dinner included” doesn’t extend to drinks (or even water), which was a surprise at the table. We only watched the entertainment once, which was reminiscent of my kids primary school show! The pools were a real highlight - nicely kept and the right temperature - while the buffet was standard hotel fare; nothing fancy, but you won’t go hungry. The beach, however, looked more like a concrete concept than a relaxing seaside spot. On a less amusing note, being offered drugs right outside the hotel on our first night wasn’t exactly part of the brochure. Despite all that, we still had a good time thanks to meeting friends further along the coast towards Los Cristianos.

Beautiful hotel, with easy access to the coast. We never had issues with sun beds, the entire hotel was spotlessly clean. All inclusive is great value, with a great pool side bar, lovely buffet - quiet at night, rooms cleaned every day - although the bathroom door was odd for sharing with friends - a gap between the door meant little privacy. Some staff went above and beyond - particularly more senior staff - really took care of us, however I found some of the reception staff to be rude - unfriendly, unhelpful, dismissive - which was very out of touch with how my trip went. Also the sky bar was rarely open - it’s an amazing spot to watch sun set, with a sax player one evening, was perfect. We do hope to stay here next year.

La nourriture. Certaines personnes de la réception. J’ai été au h10 conquistador l'année passée et le frigo était rempli et gratuit ainsi qu'une heure au sauna car j'avais réservé avec booking .Ici rien.

Arrived yesterday & can not fault this hotel… spotlessly clean, not over crowded, Junior Suite with pool & sea view - room is huge with a separate lounge, kettle, plenty of coffee/tea with stocked fridge. Every night they put chocolates on your bed! Nice touch :) Will definitely be coming back here! Location is fantastic!! Highly recommended! A****
