H10 Las Palmeras

From the moment I arrived the staff were very friendly and professional. We had a lovely pool/sea view room it was spotless and very comfortable with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel's location was excellent close everything. The breakfast and dinner was very good a great variety of hot and cold foods.They had different theme nights for dinner most nights this was great as there was somthing different every night !! Gorgeous pool area Highly recommend this hotel!!

Hotel entertainment is very Spanish based would have loved to see some English based entertainment They Let people reserve sun loungers even though there is a sign in the lift saying towels will be taken after 1 hour and this is not happening towels are being left for hours

El personal sobre todo. Es increíble el buen rollo que tienen desde recepción, restauración, limpieza, animación, se siente como una gran familia. Las Piscinas muy buenas también

El hotel tiene sus años, pero en realidad es la impresión del inicio, he estado en hoteles nuevos con un servicio fatal. Este está muy bien por como lo llevan.

We stayed in this hotel for the 2nd time in May and couldn't fault it, there was 5 adults and we stayed in 1 of the bungalows and it was excellent, 2 rooms + kitchen/living room and plenty of space for all of us Location of the hotel is excellent with beach to the back of it and close to everything. Service in the restaurant and bars was excellent and we were AI and always something for everyone to eat, choice of drink on the AI very good. New rooftop bar is a must and the views are really good. Animation team really good and staff in general are excellent. We had a late flight on departure and although we left the room at 12 we stayed in the hotel till we had to go to the airport and we were able to change and shower before we left which we found brilliant. Thanks again and if we go back to tenerife again we will go to the H10 Las Palermos as it has everything we required and more.

Wonderful stay for a large group of girls ranging from ages 11-80 on a low key ‘hen’ getaway. The hotel itself is beautiful, really loved all the different seating areas, how bright and clean it was and how happy most of the staff were. Rooms are very plain, but honestly clean, tidy and everything you need apart from a wee kettle. The breakfast buffet was gorgeous, fresh pancakes, omelettes, fruit, and honey! Cava available too!! Which was a nice way to toast my daughter. Breakfast was 7.30-10.30, servers were so friendly and welcoming. We were there on a bed and breakfast basis. We did eat at the pool bar, and unfortunately food wasn’t great. Pool areas lovely and this time of year no mad morning dash to put a towel on a lounger. Behind the pools there is a gate access to the promenade. We also have fun in the pool taking part in water aerobics both mornings. All in all a wonderful short get away, lovely touch of bottle of champagne for my daughter too.
