The location is good and the pool area is pleasant and sun beds plentiful. However, it was a winter break, I can’t say if that would be the case in peak season.

The majority of the reception staff are rude and ignorant, they ignore that you are stood there waiting for assistance, or don’t look away from their computers when you ask a question or when responding - this I find highly irritating and disrespectful! Twice we were told to come back in an hour because they were busy checking in - not a soul to be seen checking in! First time, we were enquiring about an iron for the room and second time, we wanted directions. For information, they don’t provide iron/boards - they have to be supplied by an external provider (and they don’t seem keen on it either). The food is fine edible wise, but just about, it’s repetitive too, and mainly lukewarm/cold. The most disappointing element for us was upon checking out at 12, they remove all access to food and drink. You can’t even pay for a drink. So for the 4 hours whilst waiting for our transfer, we had to find an alternative place to hang out. Also, a maid entered our room at 11.05, calling 12 check out! That’s a first in over 30 years of travel!, we were packed and getting changed to leave!

Stayed here for a week 8/5/26, I can't recommend this hotel enough, absolutely amazing. Reception staff are very helpful, I was given a room which was above a bar so was quite noisy and a good walk to the lift, so I asked if I could move rooms and they let me move the next day. The staff are amazing and the cleaners, it's in a lovely spot a few restaurant's, shop's and bars near by. I absolutely enjoyed my time at this hotel 😁. I was getting picked up 3am for my transfer to go home and was nervous to wait in the street that late and fair play the receptionist got the security guard to walk me to the bus stop and wait with me, I was disappointed as I had no euros on me as I tend to use my card... I wanted to tip this man! But when I return I will tip this man for his kindness. Only one complaint... I did find it a bit expensive to stay at this hotel but I suppose you get what you pay for 😁. Too all the staff your doing amazing, please keep up the good work 😁. Hopefully I'll be returning soon 🥰🥰

Хороший отель на первой линии. Пляжа как такого нет напротив, но можно дойти за несколько минут до хорошо оборудованного пляжа с песчаным пологим входом в океан. Хорошее питание и бассейны. Персонал отлично выполняет свою работу.

Номера немного с устаревшей мебелью и дизайном, хотя с прекрасными видами на океан и вечерний закат.
