We did not stay because it was unsafe and was still charged for the room.

This place was so nasty and unsafe and we were still charged for a room we didn’t stay in. The staff was in there pajamas and it was so nasty.

Absolutely nothing

Everything about that place was terrible

Honestly nothing if I was going to stay the night I would have asked for a refund and left instantly but I was only there for a shower because my water is out and even then it was the worse shower I’ve ever had because I about threw up on how nasty and stinky the room was

It was covered in snow and ice could barely get into the parking lot. On top of that there are renovations that weren’t discussed on the reservation going on in the whole building, shutting down half and there other half is covered in cardboard and looks like it’s being painted by toddlers. The room was nasty, with dirty wrappers in the floor and smelled really bad like dog. Not worth almost $80

The staff is always pleasant and helpful 😊

All the construction and not so cleaness.

I had requested a handicap room but that was not what I got disappointed 😞 I had to figure out a way to get into the bathroom

They didn’t say anything about being under construction,it had a bad smell in the whole hotel, the carpet could have used a cleaning it felt like it was 100 years old

There was no warning the hotel was under construction when we booked the room. Sheet rock dust was everywhere. My husband has bad lungs and his health suffered. The TV had no working channels, the bathroom was awful and dirt and dust was all in the room. The creaal breakfast was covered in sheet rock dust. The noise keep us awake all night. Overall the worst stay ever.
