The location

It is undergoing a remodel and is aesthetically very unpleasing.

Staff was nice

It looks like it's been under remodel for years. Floors were covered with brown paper. Baseboards looked like they had been ripped off and glued on. Breakfast was toast or bagels and coffee. It was dirty and not worth 89 dollars. I would rate it a 0. Windham should be ashamed to call this one of their properties.

The location and the staff

Its in middle of being remodeled, so it has the smell of remodel, the hall floors has just cardboard with tape laying down, dry wall dust everywhere, rooms was decent, bed was kinda hard, only bottom of the plug ends work. The soap pumps had stuff all on them they haven't been cleaned,tub wasn't cleaned i cleaned it with my own bleach. Other then that it was okay.

Welll, there was no cable/tv available, it’s currently under renovation and honestly a hot mess. They should definitely be offering a discount to anyone booking a room while this is taking place .

Nothing if I could have gave this hotel a zero I would have because the first night I thought I got bit by something I looked up bed bugs and surely by the time I left I was ate up my fiance is highly allergic to them and she's is going to go to the doctor cause her eye swelled shut and only thing she did was knock a night stay off its gonna cost more to see a doctor and meds than she gave back I think the entire stay should be refunded I will put this on all social media platforms I got pics of the bites and can't even sleep at home and if booking is not gonna refund the other night I'll put it on social media not to book with you guys and we always book with you all make it right !its a terrible place never again

Getting ate up by bed bugs and the staff was terrible I didn't like anything about it why would you rent room during renovation.anyway make it make sense its a nasty filthy place to stay id rather slept in my car thats how bad it was DO BETTER BOOKING i

They were remodeling. But the rooms where still gross. Bathroom walls were nasty. Water wouldn't turn off in bathtub.
