The Crest Byron Bay

The pool was an amazing treat and the location was perfect, not too close to the centre as to be noisy but easily walkable

It was slightly noisy from other apartments, could hear them walking etc but hardly noticeable and with the amount of money paid not something you can complain about

the sofa bed was much better than expected, really good and easy to fold/unfold, slept well. Living room is nice and big, enough space to eat inside or outside (We were 5 people). Overall a great stay.

Needed to clean the outside table and chairs (leaking brown water when moving) But after a quick clean, all good!! They have a cleaning spray and equipment in the flat.

Dan was always so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. Love how the pool is private and that the accommodation does not look directly into the pool area as trees and palms give you that added privacy Dan was kind enough to allow us a late check out before heading to the airport

Nothing it is the perfect getaway

Being able to check in early. The location. Only saw one staff member which was upon arrival and he was very pleasant and helpful.

It was very dirty, including floors, stovetop, shower, benches, cupboards, tv screens and the drawers in the bedroom were blocked off by a side table. It wasn't't as advertised and booked. No coffee machine, the toaster hardly worked and needed to fill the washing machine manually or wait for 3hrs for it to fill on its own as all modern day machines do. Very disappointed as l booked it for my 60th Birthday get away.

Comfortable stay with all facilities that we required for self catering. Bed was large and comfortable. Only a 10 minute walk into town. The apartment was in the middle of the complex so no road noise. I don't think we had neighbours so the apartment was quiet. Car parking under the complex, although I wouldn't want a large vehicle or full carpark which would be challenging for maneuvering. Shirley road is very busy but just need to turn left out of the carpark and go to the roundabout if want to head out of town. Good value for Byron and would happily stay again.

TVs didn't have aps and also couldn't cast to the tv's if using your own device.

Comfortable, clean, private, great space, close to town.

Spotless apartment and every single minute detail covered. It was really important to have a kitchen too and it was extremely well designed and thought through. Exactly how we would design it. Cannot fault the Crest in its attention to detail. Oh...almost forgot ...there was also a washing machine..dryer...plus washing powder..so you didn't have to go down to Woolworths and buy washing up liquid, sponges, dish cloths etc. Perfect!

Cannot think of a single negative!
