A good sized apartment and the bed was very comfortable. Got good light during the day and was a pleasant place to stay. Big ticks for the ability to block all the light out at night so you could sleep in darkness. Kitchen was appropriately stocked and all the appliances worked well. They've done a great job of giving each apartment privacy from the others.

Reception is never staffed, was very hard to get any help. It's never quiet, the road is very busy and there is constant vehicle noise as well as being able to hear every neighbour. Apartment is dated.

The location was okay since walking to town was easy and beaches were easy to reach. Parking on site was also good and the pool/barbecue area was good. The patio outside, although it had no view was pleasant.

There were many aspects of the room which we thought were not very good. The kitchen and equipment were lower than expected. No oven, knives were useless because not sharp, fridge should be replaced and not enough pots and pans to cook anything. Bathroom was also a little tired and needed upgrading.

The property states it is beach front but it is not. No access to beach , hard to get to

The shower was good, and the bed was comfortable

Badly maintained and tired looking. Never saw the reception person. Had to buy my own utensils. Not worth the $300+ a night

Comfortable bed

The property wasn't very clean. We were given 1 set of sheets which were on the bed for a 7 night stay. One bath towel each 1 hand towel between us and one flannel. One beach towel each which were stained and had holes in them. Both lots of towels smelt dirty. It was very hot and humid whilst we were there. We called the manager Dan to ask if we could have extra bedding and towels so we could change the bed etc. He was incredibly rude and offensive. Dan told us one set of everything each booking, whether you are there 1 night or 7. Told us to wash the sheets, towles and clean the place ourselves. He then put the phone down on us when. There were no cleaning products other than 1 sachet of washing powder and dish washing liquid. It was very unpleasant not being able to clean the toilet, shower and sink and 2 toilet rolls. We saw Dan once in 7 days cleaning the paths of debris with a blower, which he used in our small seating area and all of the dust and debris blew inside the unit. The pool was cleaned once in a 7 day period. We have noticed on other reviews Dan states that people are discussing a different property when there is a bad review. I just hope the owner reads the reviews.
