Location and Breakfast.

Everything was good.

We had two comfortable double beds, both a fan and air conditioning. The view of the mountains is not to be taken seriously, the room overlooks the windows of a hotel opposite and a construction site. The location is great because there are many restaurants and shops on the street in both directions (I recommend PM Mart, they work with fair non-tourist prices). There is a vegan restaurant under the hotel, we didn't try it, although we received a coupon for a 10% discount at the hotel.

Mustiness affects the whole island, it is a general problem. It is less noticeable in this accommodation, especially if you are careful and sweep the water off the floor after showering. The breakfast is disappointing though. There is almost no choice unless you want pancakes. Fried eggs, sliced ​​cucumbers and toast, some fruit, that's all.

Good location: away from the busy lower road and quiet. A/C was nice. Clean, quaint, a nice family-run place. Good breakfast food and good restaurant for lunch and dinner with fair prices. (Most items 70,000 VND). Nice staff. We had 2 rooms for our family (2 adults, 3 young teens) and they were clean and comfortable. A good place to stay.

The room was clean, spacious, well equipped, and in an easy to access location. The included breakfast was good and the downstairs restaurant accommodates to vegetarians. There was also a water fountain downstairs to refill bottles which was very nice.

The restaurant downstairs was not very authentic, but I would still recommend to vegetarians as they gave us 10% off. Lots of noise behind the building from barking dogs.

Very helpful and nice stuff, they can help you book trips transfers basically with all your needs. Big room with comfortable mattresses and bedding Pretty quiet area, even though a lot of restaurants and massage places around. good breakfast which include in the price.

The place is not bad, nearly there are many shops and cafes. Breakfast was good. There is possibility to rent scooter. There are noises from outside, but we could sleep without earplugs. Price one of the lowest so I think this is good choice for this money but next time I will choose something more expensive

Hot water only in the shower, water pressure was low and shower head is broken. A/C smells bad (looks like it was never cleaned) so we can't use it. even didn't know if it worked. There were stains on the sheets and towels. Soundproofness was bad so when staff was making breakfast/cleaning in the morning about 7 AM it is very loudly And the biggest problem is that we found a cockroach in the room.

Very helpful, they always made sure we had everything we neer it.

Great wifi, location, breakfast and kind staff. Quiet room.
