Room was very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and pleasant, able to book bus tickets to other destinations and book boat tours around Lan Ha Bay. Restaurant under the hotel is vegan and the food is really tasty. Hotel has 2 cats who were absolutely adorable. Located away from the main road through Cat Ba (meaning it's away from the current construction work). It is up a hill, but that wasn't an issue for us.

The bathroom wasn't huge and the shower took some time to warm up.

Beds were very comfortable, and room was clean. Bathroom tiles could use a deep cleaning around the shower area though. It is a little uphill from the Main Street. Maybe a 5 minute walk so not too bad at all. There are restaurants all around so plenty of options to eat. Very nice staff. Breakfast was ok, fruits, a lot of bread based items and option of scrambled or fried eggs.

Loved it here! Clean, very comfortable beds, great location, and lovely and super helpful staff. They booked us a great day trip around ha long and lan ha bays, as well as our bus trip back to Hanoi. Was a great place to rest up and navigate Cat Ba after the Ha Giang Loop. Would stay here again! Also vegan restaurant on the first level for convenient eats.

Great hotel central location clean, staff wonderful. You can book a good tour to ha long bay with them.

Very clean, excellent breakfast, hot shower, comfortable room with daily change of towels. Friendly staff.

The room was clean, I could sleep well, and the workers are all really friendly; they have two adorable cats.
