Hyatt House hotel was Conveniently located to the Bay Street mall and the Market as well as easy access to the freeway. Parking was easy and located near Starbucks and Trader Joe’s. We had a great view of the Bay Bridge and the City. Highly recommend!!!

"Decent room, horrible WiFi."

The hotel room was good, bed was comfortable and a good shower. I didn’t even mind that I was facing the train tracks. Parking was a decent rate and not crazy like some other hotels that charge $45-$60 per night to park a car. The staff upgraded me to a suite which I greatly appreciated. It has a mini fridge and a sink and it was a decent upgrade. The only negative is the WiFi was nonexistent. I turned on the tv once and it wanted me to enter the WiFi and still wouldn’t work. I had to work and had to use the hot spot on my phone to be able to work in the room. It’s walkable to the Emeryville market that has some food options and also walkable to the Bay Street shopping. For the price point I would stay here again but bring a portable WiFi extender with me.

"One staff member spoiled our stay, otherwise it was great."

The hotel and our room were fine and the location was within convenient walking distance from he Amtrak station. The issue was with one front desk employee who managed to spoil our stay at the hotel, and those details have been reported to Hyatt.

"Very nice hotel!"

Very nice hotel! We arrived early after disembarking a cruise ship. They were kind to let us store luggage until check in time. They provided me a quiet place to work until we could get into our room. Lots of dining options within walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel!

Our son’s keys were missing from the room. It could have been that the cleaners swiped them off when cleaning. When we asked the front desk if they had lost and found they said no, which I find that hard to believe because 100% people lose/ leave stuff behind. They had us waiting for over 40mins asking the cleaning personnel to tell us at the end nothing was found.
