Idealna lokalizacja w sercu Krakowa, z okien widok na Wawel i na Wisłę. Przestronny pokój z bardzo wygodnym łóżkiem. Duży wybór śniadaniowy. Garaż podziemny.

"Sheraton Grand Krakow - Krakow"

The hotel is very well located, right in front of the river and next to the castle, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The room was spacious and comfortable and the spa area was very relaxing, with an indoor pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. Breakfast had a good variety and quality of options. Access to the Club Lounge was also a great plus, with snacks and drinks available throughout the day, and even proper dinner options served in the evening. The perfect place to stay in Krakow!

Lovely hotel with great amenities and restaurants, and super friendly and helpful staff. Emilia working at the bar was very personable and also creative, she made me a cocktail of her own design when she heard I liked bourbon. Think she called it a "bourbon banger." If you like apple, ginger, and bourbon, you'll love it.

Miejsce petarda , widoki jeszcze lepsze

Zamówiłem pokój Premium z widokiem na rzekę i na Wawel a dostałem z widokiem na parking i ścianę budynku , po rozmowie z recepcja dostałem bardzo oschłą odp ze tak ma byc i nie pomogą za 1500 to chyb raczej dramat .

"Amazing Trip!"

The Sheraton Grand was absolutely amazing! From the service, to the food, to the aesthetic. This was our first time staying there. It was my husbands ,second time in Poland and my first time. Shamon (possibly spelled wrong) your head bartender, was the highlight of our stay. He was friendly, kind, helpful, and made the best espresso martini I’ve ever had! Please give him extra praise from The Ulrich’s. My husband is Eric and I am Samantha and we are very grateful for all your hard work.
