Sheraton Grand Krakow

A wonderful location with all the amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nothing I asked for was impossible. I highly recommend it.

Exquisite hotel! Staff, breakfasts, everything at the highest level!

1. In the room we arrived late in the evening, and the water in the sink wasn't draining at all. There was nothing we could do about it. Unfortunately 2. It was noisy until 1 a.m. we could hear music from the street and music from the restaurant area on the ground floor (ground floor). 3. The door closed very strangely. At first, you had to push it closed from the side where the lock is, and only then step out and shut it properly. If someone was inside the room, you couldn't open the door from outside. It just wouldn't open. Not critical, but very inconvenient.

I stayed there with my Grandson for 4 nights 11-15 May… The hotel greeting was good…found room ok. Room was fab.. beds really comfy. Got B&B, buffet breakfast was great. We ate twice in the restaurant, it is Italian cuisine, my Grandson loved the pizzas and the lasagne was lovely. We had a view over River Vistula. The first night we arrived it was late but it was so lovely that we went a walk following the river…no loiterers, no rubbish lying… just lovely, felt very safe. My Grandson used the gym every day…we used the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. Just a perfect end to a perfect city break. I need to mention Konrad at reception, he helped us with printing vouchers for a tour and also checking the pick up time for a tour as there was some confusion… he took the pressure from us. Overall the hotel is very busy and well organised…staff were all friendly and helpful. I didn’t find any negatives….just thank you to the staff for making our time special.

Sofia at Anima took care of us tonight and did an outstanding job. Great service with great food. Sofia is the best!

The hotel is located right next to the Castle and by the river. Perfect location to explore the city. Our room had river view, was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast is server on the ground floor with an amazing variety of options including some local specialties if you'd like to try it. The omelettes were one of the best i've ever had. Theres is an indoor pool with turkish bath and jacuzzi that we truly enjoyed after a day exploring the city. We had access to the club loung that has snacks andcm drinks all day long and between 6 and 8 there was a daily cocktails, drinks and food served. All delicious and included if you have club lounge access on your stay. An amazing experience.
