Good staff but very small room . Very very small washroom

Needed somewhere to stay between Disneyland and central Paris. Was further away from central than I realised but it wasn't an issue due to good public transport. Easy check in, helpful staff, good value

1st night, given our room which is filthy, complain and told there were no others available, but managed to get a smaller room which has just been renovated so was OK in the end, 2nd night, arrive home after a day out, cannot access our room, takes 20 minutes for the staff to work out how to get the door to work. Rooms are very basic, wouldn't take small children there again, but ample parking available and free WiFi so not all bad.

The hotel lies in a street which is very unsafe. There were smashed some windows at the front of the hotel. The back door was smashed and not replaced. our room was very dirty and the shower did not work. anywhere in the room but were fought in the hallway and mildew spots. The hotel staff is very unkind . We never come here again . We had booked for two nights but the 2nd night at hotel Mister Bed slept satisfactorily.

It is the worst hotel I ever been, first I had a problem with my car and I was unable to arrive by 9 pm so I called to let them know and the man said that the check in was at 9 pm and there is nothing that he can do, he was very rude and didn't help at all, the most unfriendly staff,he was pretending me and mu family sleep on the car after have paid the hotel,then we arrived to realised that he left the keys for other rooms under the carpet but not for me,even though that we asked for this option before. The toilet was dirty and the shower broken. We stayed two nights and the second day they didn't make the room nor change the towels. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone,don't go and save yourself a bad experience.

I stayed here purely because it was cheap and because it was near two friends who work in Disneyland whom I was visiting. Whilst I accept that it was cheap and I got what I paid for, it was a terrible hotel! I had a smashed window, so the glass had spider-webbed, my bathroom door was made of filler, and one of the showers doors was not on its rails, so it wouldn't shut properly and water went everywhere. Not to mention the fact that this was my second room here, as the first one I was given didn't have any lighting! My room was fine for just me, but it would have been pretty small for two people. However the bed was comfortable, the room was warm and the breakfast in the morning wasn't too bad. The wifi was good as well, better than more expensive hotels' wifi that I have used in the past. If you don't mind the fact that this is a fairly terrible hotel, and that Torcy is a seriously terrible area of Paris, then the hotel is fine and does its job. But if you want any creature comforts, do not stay here!

This hotel is perfect for people who just need somewhere with basic facilities and a decent bed to stay in while exploring Paris. we stayed over the new year period 2014/15. Me and my partner stayed for 3 nights and we found the room fine, it was close to disney and had was a good 10-15 minute walk from the Torcy train station. This wasn't too bad because around the corner from the hotel there is a 220 bus that would take you too and from the Torcy train station, they come roughly every 10-15 mins. The room contains: 1 x Tv 1 x Table 2 x Bedside Table 1 x Small Wardrobe 1 x Toilet 1 x Sink 1 x Shower 1 x Bed 1 x Heater The room we stayed in was quite small but fine for two people on a short trip. It was very cold outside during our stay (-3/-4, at the lowest) but the heater we had in the room was magical! it kept the room super warm and was great throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the room was not too bad. The shower was of good quality but the holster of the shower head was broken so had to hold the shower while washing which was not ideal but made do. Staff. The hotel staff were very helpful even though they did not speak much english they tried to help any way they could. I did use Googles translate app which helped us to communicate :) Mention for Steve who was great and helped and greeted us when we arrived. The only bad point about the reception is that it closes and is not 24/7. Down by the train station there is a row of good restaurants we managed to get into one for New Years Eve (El Rancho). it was very full and we had not booked, they made room for us and we had a very good meal if you like TEX MEX i would try this little place, nice staff and great food! around this area there are Indian, Chinese, Sushi and others. Overall Torcy is a nice little place to stay and Balladins Hotel is great for basic accommodation. nice staff and decent food around the area and trains and busses are great!! Enjoyed our stay in Paris and will be back just when its warmer! :)

absoloute disgrace, unsafe, unhygenic and dirty rooms. whole hotel extremly rundown and unfit for purpose, i refused to stay. full refund given by travel company after providing photographic proof of state of entire hotel
